Our club, founded by Giancarlo Rampino, KC3LOJ, was established to not only maintain friends' interest in radio usage but also to provide guidance to new Hams and contribute to the growth of Amateur Radio within the community. Despite facing visual impairment, Giancarlo KC3LOJ is dedicated to inspiring individuals with disabilities to actively participate in this rewarding hobby. The atmosphere within the club is welcoming and inclusive, attracting a diverse group of licensed radio operators hailing from the regions of DE, MD, PA, and NJ.
